This project includes extensive renovations to three buildings within a four-building block in downtown Pulaski. The two-story brick buildings were built in 1898 and are contributing properties to the local historic district. The buildings back up to Peak Creek where outdoor seating and deck areas take advantage of the scenery.
This is a mixed-use adaptation with commercial retail spaces on the first floor and eight apartments on the second floor. The work was designed to satisfy the requirements of the National Park Service’s Standards for Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings.
